The dollar exchange rate increased by only 0.0030 BYN to 3.2599 BYN/USD.
Since the beginning of the month, the dollar has risen in price by 0.0308 BYN.
There were no deals with the euro at the time the news was prepared, and yesterday we didn’t get it.
The previous time the euro was seen on the stock exchange was on Monday, when its rate immediately jumped by 0.0400 BYN to 3.5100 BYN. This is the highest level in 11 days.
Since the beginning of September, the value of the euro has increased by only 0.0100 BYN.
The official euro exchange rate of the NBRB for today is 3.4809 BYN/EUR.
The Russian ruble exchange rate decreased by only 0.0047 BYN to 3.3814 BYN/100 RUB.
The Russian ruble is falling in price for the third time in four days. Since the beginning of the month, one hundred Russian rubles have risen in price by 0.0305 BYN.

On Monday, while discussing the draft budget for 2024-2026, Putin instructed the government and the Central Bank to take measures to strengthen the ruble. The Central Bank previously dealt with this without instructions and without much success.
This morning, the dollar and euro ignored the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation and continued to strengthen. Thus, by 10:00 the dollar exchange rate had risen to 96.69 Russian rubles. Over the past 24 hours, the dollar has risen in price by 62 kopecks.
A little over a week ago on Tuesday, trading on the Moscow Exchange opened with the dollar falling to 92.45 Russian rubles – the minimum in almost a month and a half.
The euro exchange rate rose by 74 kopecks to 103.34 Russian rubles, and on Tuesday last week the value of the euro immediately fell below the level of 100 RUB/EUR to 99.41 RUB/EUR – the minimum for a month and a half.
