German gymnast Mia Sophie Litke, a member of the German national team in this sport, died suddenly last Thursday in Fellbach-Schmiden. The young athlete was only 16 years old.

A rising career
Mia Lietke moved to the German gymnastics team center in Fellbach-Schmiden in January this year. Previously, she had trained for six years at the RSG federal base in Berlin, where her family currently lives.
