The Constitutional Council has made clear cuts to the immigration law. Out of 86 articles of the law, 35 articles were censored, including 32 for procedural reasons and 3 for substantive reasons. Two other articles were subject to “interpretation reservations”. This is therefore the equivalent of 40% of the legal provisions which fall following the decision of the Wise Men. Overview :
