Missions for Art and Science is a project that was born in the year 2020, at the initiative of specialists in chemistryJenaro Jaime and Diana García, in collaboration with creators and artistic promoters.
Jenaro and Diana already had extensive experience in scientific dissemination, to publicize the impact and application that it has in societywith its different aspects. Later, by joining Carolina García, a biotechnology engineer; as well as with Cristina Palacios, graduate in Ates; and with Azucena and Alejandro Palos, graduates in History, decided to undertake a convergence space for the arts, science and culturewhere the public of all ages, but especially children and young people, had the opportunity to get closer to these disciplines.

In this way, what Jenaro describes as a “pooling to disseminate science, but also to take advantage of the arts as an exploration, mixing all its aspects”.
In this sense, exemplified that it is possible to speak of the cave paintings that are in Aguascalientes, their historical and cultural context, but at the same time address the pigments that were used in its production and how their use has evolved.
Since this project is the result of hard work carried out with the support of the Multilingual and Community Cultural Actions Program (PACMyC), To achieve their purpose of bringing this knowledge to all communities, they give free workshops. They currently have headquarters in the municipality of Rincón de Romos and nearby areas, although many of these have spread to the capital municipality.
In addition to the workshops, they intend to share the result of their work and research through a manualHe, in which they are already working.
