jpnn.comJAKARTA – Secretary General of the DPP PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto said that fraud in the 2024 Election was very clear and occurred from upstream to downstream.

Because of this, Hasto stated that PDIP supports the Legal Directorate of the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud in filing a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court (MK).

“Based on various considerations regarding the importance of protecting the constitution, maintaining democratic values, maintaining hope regarding the presence of democratic elections, regarding the results announced by the KPU last night, the attitude of the political party supporting Pak Ganjar-Mahfud emphasized that the election process has not yet been completed. “Because Ganjar Mahfud will use his constitutional rights to file a lawsuit through the Constitutional Court. And the arguments we convey are very clear,” said Hasto in a press conference with the secretary general of the political party supporting Ganjar-Mahfud at the Jalan Cemara Media Center, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Thursday ( 3/21).

Hasto said that before the election on February 14 2024, it was clear that there was pressure on supporters of candidate pair number three.

After the voting, fraudulent designs began to be carried out through the KPU Sirekap. The KPU initially stated that Sirekap was only a tool, but in practice and in accordance with KPU regulations, Sirekap is not just a tool.

“In practice, when there is a problem with the difference between the C1 presented by witnesses and the calculation results, the reference is Sirekap. So, this is more than just a tool. Moreover, it also uses APBN funds which must be accounted for,” said Hasto.

Hasto also conveyed the findings of IT experts that since February 14, when the calculations began, namely around 02.30 WIB, there had been changes 431,515 times in more than 243,000 polling stations.

He also invited all parties to look at the difference between valid votes 01, 02 and 03, which should be the same as the valid votes, but actually reached 23.44 million votes. “And this is vote inflation,” said Hasto.

After the voting, the PDIP Secretary General considered that fraudulent designs had begun to be carried out through the KPU Sirekap.
