When Chitra refused to pay, Tilakwati dragged him on the road and attacked him. Shiva Kanchi police registered a case against the victim Chitra and arrested AIADMK executive Thilagavathy, produced him in the Kanchipuram court and lodged him in the Pulhal jail.
