Urologist Dr. Bator Gonchikov said: “One of the initial symptoms indicating the possible development of impotence is a decreased interest in sexual activity. He pointed out that erectile dysfunction or its complete absence during intercourse could be a sign that a man is on the verge of impotence. This weakness may appear in the form of insufficient erection rigidity for full intercourse or instability.
He continued, erectile dysfunction may result from physical or psychological factors, such as stress, depression, or poor lifestyle, and some men may suffer from urinary tract problems, such as frequent urination, weak urine flow, or painful urination. All of this may be due to disruption of the normal functioning of the prostate gland.
He added, some men may face problems with ejaculation, such as delayed ejaculation or lack of feelings of orgasm. This may be due to a nervous system disorder or hormonal problems.
