Hyderabad: In a significant development, leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in South India have voiced their complete support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s candidacy from the Ramanathapuram Lok Sabha constituency in Tamil Nadu, according to party sources. The consultation meeting witnessed the active participation of influential leaders, including General Secretaries PL Santosh, Tarun Sukh, Sunil Bansal, V. Satish, Telangana’s newly-appointed BJP President Kishan Reddy, former union minister TK Aruna, Rajya Sabha MP Laxman, and Telangana in-charge Prakash Javadekar.
With strong backing from party leaders in South India and the strategic move to contest from Ramanathapuram, PM Modi aims to consolidate his support base and secure a substantial victory in the region.
