Armenia does not have a grain problem at the moment, assures a member of the “Civil Agreement” faction Vahagn Aleksanyan.
“At least at the moment, I am not aware of such a problem,” he said at the meeting with journalists in the National Assembly.
The other deputy of the “Civil Agreement” faction Eduard Aghajanyan He also said that the information about grain reserves is a secret.
“It is confidential information, it is not published,” he said.
Aleksanya also mentioned that it is obvious that there are risks, there is a risk of a crisis all over the world.
Regarding what is being done so that Armenia does not have a grain problem, the deputy assured that the Ministry of Economy is doing everything possible to try to manage the risks.
“But we cannot rule out that a crisis of any kind can arise in the world,” the KP deputy noted.
Eduard Aghajanyan emphasized that he does not understand why they focused on the issue of grain.
“There are many other problems, perhaps more important than the grain problem,” Aghajanyan said.
