Al-Marsad newspaper: Kuwaiti nutritionist Muhammad Al-Ali revealed the health benefits of lupine, and how to eat it.

Al-Ali said in a video clip he posted on his TikTok account: Lupine is a golden food because it contains minerals and vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, potassium, manganese, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, and iron.

He added: Lupine has a low glycemic index and is beneficial for patients with type 2 diabetes and reduces harmful cholesterol because it contains a high percentage of fiber and protein.

He continued: Lupine is considered an excellent food for beneficial bacteria, reduces bloating, reduces stomach acids, reduces colon pain and strengthens the immune system, explaining that it can be eaten by adding cumin, turmeric and lemon.
