Quarantine stages

The pill can be taken again six weeks postpartum and it is advisable to make an appointment with the midwife before doing so. If you continue to feed your baby through lactation, you should use the mini-pill, which does not contain estrogen. If you are thinking of a more long-term contraceptive, the midwife will guide you and refer you to the gynecologist.
