Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella has said that Sri Lanka has the health infrastructure to control any new mutated corona virus as the corona epidemic intensifies globally.

Therefore, the health minister has said that he can ensure that the health structure of the country does not collapse in any way.

There have been allegations of inadequate bedding and lack of oxygen in Sri Lanka in recent days as the corona infection has spread.

The health minister, however, denied the allegations and said the health department was capable of dealing with any situation, despite some misconceptions.

The Minister of Health further said that the best possible capacity is found to implement the health infrastructure at the best level and to provide service to the public without any shortcomings.
