The Speaker of the Knesset responded by saying “you will not be called crazy”, and during the clashes one of the ushers was accidentally hit by Rothman and injured. The background to the unusual confrontation is the arrest of eight young people from Yeshivat Chumash, including friends of Yehuda Dimentman, who was killed in a terrorist attack near the scene.
