Queen Elizabeth’s mourning will last ten days. On the tenth day he will be buried in Westminster Abbey according to tradition.
The Queen’s body is brought back to London and lies in public mourning at Westminster Hall for four days.
His body will be taken from Buckingham Palace to the funeral home where he will be buried with state honors in the grounds of Westminster where he spent many years.
The royal family, including King Charles, will attend the funeral. The funeral will be accompanied by a military parade.
