Bastrykin instructed to check the arguments of activists against Lindemann’s concert

The chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the department to organize an inspection after the appeal of Novosibirsk public figures to the State Duma deputies. The activists asked to support them in the fight to cancel the concert by the leaders of the Rammstein group Till Lindemann, which will take place in the city on January 26.

The authors of the appeal called on the deputies “to initiate a barrier to such systematic anti-cultural phenomena at the legislative level” and to contact the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee. Social activists said that Lindemann had previously had problems with the law in Russia because of his scandalous songs and videos. The activists are in solidarity with the opinion of Bastrykin, who in one of his interviews stated the need to rebuff “the hybrid war that some Western institutions are waging against Russia.”

“It is very difficult for us, as parents, to raise our own children in such conditions, to protect them from the stream of filth and filth that flows from all the cracks – television, the Internet,” the authors of the appeal said, inviting the deputies to watch a video from one of Lindemann’s concert in Paris.

The head of the department instructed the head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Novosibirsk Region to organize a verification of the arguments of public figures.
