New Delhi: ‘India is at the top of the list of countries with the most requests to remove controversial comments from journalists and news organizations’, Twitter said.
Social networking site Twitter has released a report on its activities from July to December 2021.
It said: From July to December 2021, Twitter received 326 requests to remove controversial comments from 349 accounts of official journalists and news organizations.
India tops the list with 114 requests. Next are Turkey – 78, Russia – 55, Pakistan – 48.
