GDRFA Dubai Hosts “We Are Here for You” Service Campaign at Dubai Hills Mall
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (G.D.R.F.A.) at Dubai Hills Mall recently hosted a service campaign under the name “We are here for you.” The aim of the campaign was to raise awareness about the wide range of services offered by GDRFA, as well as to improve customer interaction and engagement.
The campaign featured various activities and tools to interact with customers, providing them with rich and detailed information about GDRFA services. A separate platform was established to assist customers with their transactions and provide help to children. The event was attended by GDRFA Dubai Director General Lt. Major General Muhammad Ahmed Al Marri, Asst. Director Major General Ubaid Muhair bin Surur, and other senior employees, as well as hundreds of customers.
During the campaign, GDRFA’s smart app and the details of the Golden Visa were made known to the general public. Additionally, a new smart app called “Summer of Applications” was introduced, which simplifies payments and transactions, excluding the need for visits to service centers.
The “We are here for you” campaign aims to enhance customer service and provide accessible information about GDRFA’s services. With the introduction of new tools and apps, GDRFA is actively working to improve customer experience and accessibility to their services.
