Mr. Vilfand said that the climatic average temperature in Moscow at the end of January should be -10°C, and instead it will be 0 … -2°C during the day, and up to 1°C in the Moscow region. “Thaw weather, the average daily temperature will be close to -3°С. This temperature is average for March 10–11,” he explained to RIA Novosti.
According to him, in Moscow on January 31 and February 1 it will be eight degrees above the norm. At the same time, on January 30, atmospheric pressure in the city may drop to a record high. “It is predicted at the level of 727-730 mmHg. It is possible that on January 30 and 31 there will be a record of low pressure, ”the expert added.
In Moscow and the Moscow region, a yellow level of weather danger has been declared due to sleet. The warning is valid until January 30th.
According to the Hydrometeorological Center, today, January 29, light snow is expected in the capital, -1°…-3°C (in the region -1°…-6°C). Tomorrow the temperature will remain at the same level, and snow is also predicted.
