The Ecuadorian Ombudsman’s Office, in its capacity as the National Institution for Human Rights and Nature, certified the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) for complying with the annual report on the right to access public information for the 2022 period.
This institutional recognition is due to the compliance of the MSP with current regulations, protected by article 12 of the Organic Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information (LOTAIP).
In this way, the MSP exercises effective control and renders accounts to all our zonal, district, hospital, and affiliated institution coordinations.
This State portfolio ratifies the commitment to continue working to provide timely and quality services to the Ecuadorian population.
