Success without gluten: The Isabelle Patisserie chain only offers gluten-free baked goods. A café has now also opened in Frankfurt. Jacqueline Vogt reports how it tastes there.

MPeople with celiac disease don’t have it easy. Those who cannot tolerate the gluten contained in cereals must watch what they eat carefully, processed foods are often taboo. About one in 100 people in Germany is said to be affected by celiac disease, and countless others who do not suffer from the disease believe that it is healthier to eat as if they were.
