“Uchi.ru” became a co-owner of the online school TutorOnline

One of the largest Russian educational online platforms, Uchi.ru (25% owned by Mail.ru Group), became a co-owner of the TutorOnline online school, the companies told Vedomosti. TutorOnline is a group of companies, for the deal with Uchi.ru it carried out the restructuring of legal entities in February this year, TutorOnline Development Director Sergei Laput told Vedomosti.

“Uchi.ru” received 8.7% in a new legal entity – LLC “TutorOnline”, follows from the data of “SPARK-Interfax”. The shares of the founders – Alexander Pashkov and Valery Solovyov – decreased to 46.4% and 40.56%, respectively. The share of another minority shareholder, Andrei Sidor, decreased to 4.37%. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
