Lawyer Teodosio Jáquez Encarnación, of the Major League, Wander Franco, expressed satisfaction with the measures against him for the accusation of relating to a minor and that it was “sensationalism and a media show” about money laundering and commercial sex trafficking.

Teodosio Jáquez said that a judge in Puerto Plata has already made the decision to impose a guarantee of two million pesos on the player and periodic visits to the prosecutor’s office of that province so that he does not withdraw from the process.
