The Food and Drug Authority has provided a set of recommendations and instructions that must be followed when purchasing and using medical earphones.

The authority stressed the necessity of conducting an examination with a specialized doctor to determine the appropriate type for the case, and to ensure that there is a guarantee on the device and the availability of after-sales services such as maintenance, and keeping the headphones out of the reach of children.

And she advised to make sure that there is an instruction booklet in Arabic to learn how to use and care for the device, and to ensure that the speaker is not exposed to moisture and heat, and to maintain periodic cleaning of the speaker according to the instructions for use.
