1. Login to the application

2. Registration process for postal voting

➢ By logging into the application, voters can view their list of requests regarding the exercise of their right to vote through postal voting. On first login, this list will be empty:

➢ Voters select “Register” and fill in the required information. In more detail:

  • The Personal Details and Details of the Basic Electoral List of the voters are displayed pre-filled. Voters confirm the correctness of the information and select “Next”. In the event that they detect an error, the voters address the relevant Municipality:
  • Voters fill in their Contact Details (email and mobile phone) and select ‘Confirm’ to receive and enter one time codes (OTP). In case voters do not receive OTP, they can select ‘Resend’:
  • Voters fill in their Address of Residence, inside or outside Greece. This is not necessarily the address they wish to have their election materials sent to:
  • Then, they state the Address for Sending Electoral Materials to which they wish to receive the postal vote envelope. If this address is the same as the Residential Address, voters can select the corresponding field. They also fill in any additional details for the delivery (eg name on bell, floor).   • Finally, for Submission, voters declare that the application has the meaning of a Responsible Declaration and accept the processing of their personal data for the exercise of their right to vote by mail and select “Submit”:

➢ At any time during the registration process, voters can select “Temporary Save” and return at a second time to edit or delete their application.

➢ Voters receive a confirmation of submission of their application in their email. Applications are immediately final and voters can now exercise their right to vote by postal vote. It is reminded that the deadline for registration is 40 days before the election. That is, for the European elections of June 9, 2024, registrations will be completed on April 29, 2024.

3. Data modification and deletion

➢ Voters who have already registered can change their details (contact details, address of residence, address for sending election materials) in case they change. They connect to the platform and select “Change Details” from the list of their requests and follow the above procedure, modifying the changed details:

➢ In case voters wish to delete their registration and vote in person at the polling station, they log in to the application and select “Delete” from the list of their requests. Those voters can, if they wish, re-register on the app to vote by mail.

➢ Requests for data changes and deletions are accepted immediately, until the end of the registration deadline, i.e. 40 days before the elections.
