jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD National Winning Team (TPN Ganjar-Mahfud) officially registered a lawsuit for the 2024 General Election Results Dispute (PHPU) at the Constitutional Court (MK), Jakarta, Saturday (23/3).

TPN Deputy for Legal Affairs Ganjar-Mahfud Todung Mulya Lubis said the TPN lawsuit was registered with case number 02-03/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024.

In that case, the applicants were listed as Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD, while the respondent was the Indonesian KPU.

“Thank God, the registration of Pak Ganjar and Pak Mahfud’s PHPU application has been completed,” said Todung in a press conference after registering the PHPU lawsuit at the Constitutional Court Building.

In the lawsuit, his party asked for the disqualification of the candidate pair (paslon) selected for the 2024 presidential election, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

According to him, the selected candidate pairs were registered in the 2024 presidential election in violation of legal and ethical provisions.

Apart from disqualifying the selected candidate pairs, he said that the Ganjar-Mahfud TPN also asked for re-voting (PSU) at all polling stations (TPS) in Indonesia. Then, asked for the annulment of the decision of the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU) on Wednesday (20/3).

He further said that the PHPU application document submitted by TPN was quite thick, namely 151 pages. However, he said the application did not include various other evidence and attachments.

TPN Ganjar-Mahfud officially registered the PHPU lawsuit with the Constitutional Court, on Saturday (23/3) afternoon.
