Al-Mandalawi calls for serious Arab positions to end the Zionist aggression against Palestine

Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, called today, Sunday, for serious Arab positions in order to end the Zionist aggression against Palestine, spare the peoples of the scourge of war, and remove the threat of hunger from them.

The media office of the Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by the (INA): “The Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received in his office today, Sunday, the Lebanese Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Al-Haj Hassan, and the ministerial and parliamentary delegation accompanying him, in the presence of the Lebanese Ambassador to Iraq, Ali Al-Habhab.
He added, “Al-Mandalawi discussed with the Lebanese delegation the latest developments in the two countries at various levels, in addition to discussing regional developments and the repercussions of the Zionist aggression on stability in the region, and emphasizing the importance of taking serious Arab positions that contribute to sparing peoples the scourge of wars and removing the danger of the specter of hunger from them.” The need to maintain the state of Arab and Islamic solidarity with the Palestinian people, in addition to rejecting the crimes of genocide practiced against them, and lifting the siege on them in order to bring urgent aid to them, especially with the approaching month of Ramadan.
He continued, “The Acting Speaker of the Council agreed with the Lebanese delegation to maintain parliamentary coordination and cooperation, activate the memorandums of understanding concluded between the two sides, and reduce obstacles to the implementation of bilateral laws, in addition to expanding relations in the medical, agricultural, and economic aspects in a way that achieves the common interests of the two countries and meets the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.” .
