Borisov noted that the main priority for Roscosmos is the Sphere program, but active interaction with private companies that also have their own plans to create space constellations is also planned.

Today, the demand for space services exceeds the average GDP growth of the world community, which leads to the creation of multi-satellite constellations and the development of space activities.
