Kiev: Ukrainian troops have fired missiles at a Russian warship in the Black Sea. Russian troops have been attacking the eastern European country of Ukraine since February 24. The Ukrainian military is retaliating. Russian troops have withdrawn from the capital, Kiev and its environs, and have intensified attacks in eastern parts of the country. In the cities of Mariupol and Kharkiv, missile and artillery attacks are being carried out.
The Russian navy-owned warship in the southern Black Sea region of the country was shot down by Ukrainian troops. Russia says more than 500 Russian soldiers aboard the ship have been evacuated.
Russia’s warship wrecked by Ukrainian military is seen as a major setback for the country. Russia has contested all four elections and lost.
