Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Maqsood Kamal said, ‘In the last election, despite all the conspiracies of a powerful state, they could not succeed. Because Bangabandhu’s political philosophy and ideals are in the hearts of all the people of this country. Because people do not believe in the temptations of others. They do not believe that Bangabandhu’s political philosophy has survived, Bangladesh has survived, Awami League has survived, and non-communalism has survived.

He said these things in his address as the chief guest of the discussion on Bangabandhu, the source of Bengali existence, organized by Sampriti Bangladesh at the capital’s Sirdap Auditorium on Saturday.

Maksud Kamal said, Bangabandhu to make the education policy of Bangladesh after the independence of Bangladesh. Commissioned Kudrat-e-Khuda as chief. Dr. Kudrat-i-Khuda had given the education policy that day if Bangabandhu had been alive and if that education policy had been applied, Bangladesh would have achieved the economic, political and social stability of Singapore long before the position it is in today. Bangladesh would have achieved the progress of Singapore in the field of education long ago. But the assassins didn’t let that happen. The assassins wanted Bangladesh to become a dead, dysfunctional state like Pakistan. That is why the assassins killed Bangabandhu and his political colleagues and attempted to kill the political party called Awami League.

Piyush Banerjee said in the president’s speech, Bangabandhu’s research is going on despite the wishes of the common people. He is still indispensable to us. He liberated a nation by enduring immense suffering and sacrifice. He brought Bengali freedom by enduring unspeakable torture. He wanted economic, political and cultural emancipation of Bengalis. He organized seven and a half crore oppressed and discriminated people. By organizing, he brought freedom to a nation. It is not that he spoke about religious neutrality. He also added the word of secularism to the constitution.

Sampriti Bangladesh Member Secretary Professor Dr. Professor of Pali and Buddhist Studies of Dhaka University also spoke in the discussion moderated by Mamun Al Mahtab Swapneel. Biman Chandra Barua, Bangabandhu researcher Major (Retd.) Hafizur Rahman and others.
